Ivan is an environmental engineer who lost close to 50 pounds during his time working with us. Following our coaching program, he has continued to progress with his weight loss goals.

A photo update: Ivan went on to achieve 77 lbs. lost in less than a year after working with us to build skills, habits and lifestyle changes to support his goals.

Just over a year later, he reached the 80 lbs. lost milestone and continues build upon his results while also achieving his dream goal of accomplishing a pull-up.

Alejandro is a rocket scientist who overcame many challenges to achieve his goals, losing over 50 pounds while working together and learning the skills to keep it off long-term.

Over two years later, he continues to thrive and not only kept the weight off but lost 10 pounds more on his own - crushing half marathons, one-arm push-ups, and dragon-flags. He continued to progress with the skills he learned in his initial coaching process.

A photo update: Alejandro went on to lose another 10 pounds on his own. This is an over 2 year update on how he was able to sustain and build upon his progress independently with the skills, habits and routines he built while working with us for just about 4 months.

A Glimpse of Actor and Social Media Star Hanbit Yi’s Journey towards Building His “Fight Club” Inspired Physique

In 2022, Actor Hanbit Yi (@hanbity) applied for help to achieve his “Fight Club” physique.

After around 3 months working together, he shared,

“I’ve had that same goal for like 4 years now and didn’t really make much progress. In the last 3 months, I’ve essentially been able to get there.”

Michael Roman is a professor, artist and father who came to me in the middle of a divorce.⁣ His weight was ballooning. His confidence was shot. And he started to check out of life.⁣ After working together, Michael lost almost 30 lbs. and regained his confidence which translated to other aspects of his life.

Joshua is an architect who applied to get help with us after cancer and chemotherapy had ravaged his body.

He was winded after a single warm-up.

He was afraid of not having his shirt on,

And he was struggling with his health and fitness.

Now, he’s no longer afraid of being seen with his shirt off.

He dresses up as a barbarian to festivals

He has lost over 30 pounds on his fat loss journey and gained nearly 20 pounds of lean muscle.

And he went from not even being able to do one pull-up to knocking out 25 lb. weighted chin-ups.

He accomplished one-arm push-ups.

Fat Loss, Weight Loss & Body Transformations

Eric joined us from Pennsylvania and works in IT.

His family had a lot of health issues, he was overweight most of his life, and joined us to get started towards improving his health and fitness. Structure was an issue for him along with stress eating.

He was skeptical at first as he had tried other programs but they never stuck. But after getting started here with us, he felt supported and found the food management tools and mindfulness practices helpful for him along with the tailored workouts.⁣

He started at 298 pounds, and lost nearly 70 pounds and got to 230.9 pounds.⁣ He then continued on his own to get to ~218 pounds.

It took him just about a year, and he lost just over a pound per week on average. His knees stopped screaming, he had less pain and more energy, and shared his relationship with food changed for the better. He no longer “needs” the food for stress. He enjoys his food.

And he no longer craves the sugar and candy.⁣

Instead, he has found healthier ways to cope with stress (like exercise).⁣

When asked what he would say to someone on the fence about starting with us here, he shares…⁣

Mehul is a software engineer and business owner from Atlanta who didn’t let his busy lifestyle continue to hold him back from making positive changes with his fitness. At his heaviest, Mehul felt sluggish and out of breath even during simple activities like phone calls, weighing in at 202 pounds. ⁣Determined to regain his energy, he joined us here and embarked on a journey that was about much more than weight loss.⁣

Three months later, he's over 20 pounds lighter and shares he’s experiencing the best cardiovascular health since his twenties. ⁣From pacing during phone calls without being out of breath to feeling lighter and faster on his jogs, Mehul's day-to-day life has dramatically improved. Rob joined us turning 60, and wanted to be in the best shape possible. In just two months, he lost nearly 10 pounds, gained confidence in his weight training and developed a much better understanding of nutrition. He even started noticing more muscle definition, especiallyin his chest. So much so that his neighbors even commented on the difference! He is an inspiration and a reminder that age is simply a number and not an excuse to not prioritize one’s health and fitness.

At 37, Bill, a deputy, struggled with finding a work-life balance that supported his fitness goals.

Starting at 247 pounds, simple tasks became a struggle. Climbing stairs left him winded. Fast forward 13 weeks, Bill is down 32 pounds (38 pounds as of the time of this share), feeling stronger and more alive than ever. 🏋️‍♂️

"I would look into the mirror everyday and think to myself, 'Oh my gosh, this is just embarrassing.'
